What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll do more than sell and service insurance:

Build lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor
Protect customers by identifying and meeting their insurance needs (auto, home, renters, life, and more)
Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients are properly insured and understand their options
Help clients manage risk and navigate claims effectively
Gain valuable experience in all aspects of running a small business

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

Property and Casualty Insurance License (preferred but not required; we can help you get licensed!)
Experience with servicing, quoting, and binding personal lines insurance is a plus
Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships
Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
