What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Representative, you’ll work closely with the agent and team to:

  • Prospect and grow new business across multiple lines of insurance
  • Quote, bind, and service policies for new and existing customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, process payments, and document requests efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple platforms
  • Resolve conflicts and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Support the agent and service center staff with administrative and operational tasks
  • Assess applicant insurability and manage application processes confidently
What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Ability to obtain an Insurance Producer license within 30 days of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
